Pricing FAQ

Common questions about pricing.

Who counts as an agent?

Anyone on your team with their own login, meaning everyone who reads and answers tickets. Your customers don’t count: they use the customer portal via magic link, without an account and at no extra charge.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, anytime, up or down. An upgrade applies immediately, a downgrade at the next billing period. Your data and settings are fully preserved when switching.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

You actively decide which plan fits. There is no automatic subscription and we don’t have your credit card. If you don’t want to continue, you can export your data or have the account deleted entirely.

What does the AI assistant cost?

The AI assistant is an optional add-on from €9/month, tiered by monthly quota. Important: there is a hard cap. Once the quota is used up, the AI pauses instead of silently running up costs. No surprise bill.

Pay monthly or annually?

Both work. Annual billing saves you a good amount: Starter drops to €24 instead of €29/month, Growth to €66 instead of €79/month. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT.
